Lash extensions · Sarasota

Lash extensions that start with a look at your own lashes.

One artist, one quiet room. We look at your natural lashes first, then choose a lighter set that suits them. Now booking new clients, Tuesday to Saturday.

  • One artist, one room
  • Lighter sets, chosen with you

The first look

Before anything is placed, we look at what you have.

Every first visit begins at the lash bed with the lamp on and the tweezers down. We look at your natural lashes together: how many there are, how long, how fine, which way they curve. Then we talk about the look you want, and I suggest a set your lashes can carry comfortably.

Nothing starts until you agree to it.

  • Lighter styles are on the menu

Your first visit, step by step

About two hours for a first set. Here is how it goes.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Pick a lighter set on the booking page, and add a first look and patch test ahead of it. A deposit holds your time.

  2. 02

    Step 2: When you arrive

Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. There is parking behind the building, and the front room has a chair for whoever drove you.

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

We start with your own lashes and the look you want. Then I build the set while you rest with your eyes closed, and we check it together from every side.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Afterward

I go over aftercare and the fill window. You can book your first fill, two to three weeks on, before you leave.

Lighter sets

Three ways to go light. We choose among them at your first look.

  • Natural classic set

    2 hr

One fine extension on each natural lash I choose to work with, kept short so the set sits close to your own lashes.

Clients

What clients say

“She spent a good while looking at my own lashes before she said a word about styles. I came in worried a set would look like too much.”

Mae T.

“The room is quiet, the lamp is easy on the eyes and nobody rushes you. I lie back, and two hours go by.”

Renate B.

“I like that the rules are written down before I pay. Nothing came as a surprise.”

Stefania M.

I came to lashes in my fifties, after a career spent looking after other people's calendars. I opened this room on Osprey Avenue for clients who want something lighter, and who want to be listened to before anyone picks up a pair of tweezers. I see clients Tuesday to Saturday, and I speak English.

The short version of the rules

They are all on the policies page, in full. Here are four to read before you book.

Booking and deposits

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Every set and fill takes one, and the menu marks each with a Deposit to book chip. The first look, the patch test and removal take none. You book on the booking page, and I confirm by text or email.

Canceling and running late

Please give me 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice I keep it. If you are running late, call or text and I will hold your time for 15 minutes at a fill and 30 at a full set. After that the visit is made shorter, not longer.

Patch tests and allergies

Every new client has a patch test before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive, and it helps, but it cannot predict every reaction. Please tell me about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction to tape or eye products. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, call me and your doctor, or go to urgent care.

Children and companions

Visits are for clients 18 and over. The room is small and the work needs you lying still with your eyes closed, so please come on your own. A friend or a driver is welcome to wait in the front room.
