The fill window
A fill every two to three weeks
Your own lashes shed all the time and take their extensions along. A fill replaces what has gone, and keeping to the window keeps each visit short.
- 01Set
Step 1: Your set
Your set is built in one visit. Book your first fill before you leave, if you like.
- 02First fill
Step 2: Two to three weeks on
Your first fill replaces the extensions that have shed and fills the gaps.
- 03Fills
Step 3: Then the same rhythm
Each fill keeps to it, and each visit stays shorter than a set.
- 04New set
Step 4: After a longer gap
Too few extensions may be left to fill. I tell you before we begin if a new set is the better choice.
- 05Removal first
Step 5: A set from elsewhere
Another artist's extensions come off first, then we start a new set. I do not fill them.
- 06Removal
Step 6: When you are done
Book a removal as its own visit, and please do not pull extensions off.
Removal
Off with a remover, never a pull.
Removal is its own visit, about half an hour.
Pulling extensions off pulls out natural lashes, so I use a remover and a cotton pad while you rest with your eyes closed. Another artist's set takes a little longer.

Questions about fills
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. That keeps the set even and the visit short.
What if I wait longer?
After a longer gap there may not be enough of your set left to fill. I look at your lashes and tell you whether a fill or a new set makes more sense.
Can you fill another artist's set?
No. Another artist's extensions come off first, so I can see your own lashes before I begin a new set.
How long does removal take?
About 30 minutes for my own sets and about 45 for another artist's.

Fills take a deposit to hold your time, and it goes toward your service.
