Your questions

What is a lighter set?
A set with fewer or finer extensions, kept close to the length and curl of your own lashes. The natural classic, the soft hybrid and the corner accent are all light, and we choose among them at your first look.
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a new set may be needed instead.
What happens if I am late?
Call or text, and I hold your time for 15 minutes at a fill and 30 at a full set. After that the visit is made shorter, not longer.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, before a first set. It helps, but it cannot predict every reaction.
What if I react?
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, call me and your doctor, or go to urgent care. I stop a service if anything feels wrong.
Can I wear mascara or get them wet?
Please skip mascara. After the first 24 hours water is fine; pat them dry and brush.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. It moves with you if you give 24 hours' notice. The booking page shows what it is.
Can you fill another artist's set?
No. Another artist's extensions come off first, so I can see your own lashes before I begin a new set.
Can a friend come with me?
A friend or a driver is welcome to wait in the front room. The work itself is just the two of us, so you can rest.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any set or fill. You can buy one on the gift card page.
Ready to pick a time?
New clients start with a first look and a patch test.
